Auspicium Trail Period Membership Terms of Business

If you have requested an Auspicium programme on a 14 or 30 day free trial, upon request to join the programme, you shall be under no obligation to make any payment to us until the expiry of the trial period from the date of your registration.

For example, if you are on a 30 day Inner Circle Membership Portal trial, on the date falling 30 days after your date of request to join the programme (“Payment Date”), we shall (automatically and without further notice to you) take the monthly charge specified on our joining confirmation email by the method of payment that you inputted upon registration (“Monthly Payment”), and this will recur every month. If you have joined the NLP Practitioner or Diploma programme, you will make just a single payment.

Should you wish to terminate your membership prior to such charge being taken, you should notify us in writing by email at [email protected] or follow instructions at https://auspicium.co.uk/members/ at least one business day prior to the Payment Date, whereupon receipt by us of such notice your membership shall automatically terminate subject to you clicking the link to terminate in the email you are sent to confirm you have requested a termination from your membership programme.

Free Training Terms of Business

FREE training – Once we have processed your booking we will request your credit card details which will then confirm your place on the course. Please note that although this is a complimentary course, there is a £95+ vat NO SHOW fee per person for all cancellations made or NO SHOWS. Please make sure you can attend before booking.

How to Book

Booking can be made online or by telephone.  Simply complete and submit the online booking form or alternatively please call 0845 430149 with your booking details to hand.

Payment for training

Payment in full must have been received by us as cleared funds prior to the commencement of the training course booked.  Failure to do so will result in the refusal of delegate access to the training course booked.

Company invoices rendered are for settlement within 30 days.  VAT is added to all accounts at the present rate of 20%

Cancellation of course

If, for any reason, you have to cancel an agreed booking, this must be notified to us in writing, and the cancellation fees will apply as set out below:

Notice Given

Less than 1 month prior to start of course – 100% of your actual course cost payable as the cancellation fee

Less than 3 months prior to start of course – 75% of your actual course cost payable as the cancellation fee

More than 3 months prior to start of course – 50% of your actual course cost payable as the cancellation fee

Cancellation of Coaching Session

If, for any reason, you have to cancel an agreed booking, this must be notified to us in writing, and the cancellation fees will apply as set out below:

Notice Given

Less than weeks notice – 100% cancellation fee.

Complimentary Training

Due to limited places available for our complimentary courses there is a cancellation (non attendance) charge of £95 + VAT and we require your credit card details to secure your place.

We will not deduct any monies from your credit card except in the event of a cancellation or No Show by the delegate.

The reason Auspicium have a cancellation charge for these events is because we pay for your place with the venue in advance and it isn’t always possible to fill your place with short notice.

Alternatively a substitute delegate can be provided in your place.

This course is not transferable to a future date or course.

Data

When you place an order, all personal data provided to us will be used in accordance with data protection laws and our privacy policy.  NLP courses are certified by the American Board of NLP (ABNLP) & Association of NLP (ANLP) & American Board of Hypnotherapy (ABH). As such your data will also be shared with that 3rd party for the use of certification.  The information may also be used for marketing purposes and you could be contacted by letter, fax, telephone or email with details of future events and courses organised or promoted by Auspicium Limited, which may be of interest to you.

Cancellation by Auspicium Limited

Company reserves the right to change dates and venues. Auspicium Limited reserves the right to alter the course content, location or cancel any course at any time without liability.

Course Confirmation

We aim to confirm your place on the course within 24 hours of receiving your completed form and fee. If you do not hear from us within a working week please contact our office on: 0845 434 0149

Fees

The fees for the course include tuition, multimedia material, manuals, morning coffee and afternoon tea.

Pricing

All pricing shown in voucher company deals were correct at the time of publication of that particular deal.

Auspicium reserve the right to change pricing at any time for any addtitonal add-ons from time to time. We normally review our product pricing twice  yearly. For example certificates may be a certain price in a published deal but that price may increase or decrease over time like all commodities.

In addtion, we reserve the right to change the pricing of any Auspicium offer at any time without notice but our policy is to review course costs twice yearly.

Our Promise

We will use all reasonable care and skill in providing the services you order under this agreement, but we do not guarantee any results of the services. Any decision you make having received any of our services are your own and you remain wholly responsible for any decisions and actions you take. If you wish to cancel your course then please remember the cancellation fee WILL be applied to your booking. Please read your terms and conditions before booking.

Unforeseen Events

We are entitled to delay or reduce the level and/or scope of service(s) (including session materials) if we are prevented from or hindered or delayed in obtaining or delivering the services (including session materials) as a result of any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

General Issues

This agreement is the entire agreement between us and it supersedes any previous agreement between us relating to any services we provide, unless otherwise agreed in writing by us both. We both agree that by entering into this agreement, neither of us has relied on, and is not able to have any remedy, for any statement, promise, representation or understanding (whether it is made negligently or innocently) or any person other than what is expressly promised in this agreement. The only remedy available for breach of the promises in this agreement is for breach of contract. Nothing in this paragraph attempts to limit of exclude any liability for fraud.

No failure or delay in enforcing any of our rights under this agreement will prejudice or restrict those rights. If we waive our rights to require you to comply with this agreement it will not operate as a waiver or any further exercise of the aright and a waiver of any breach will not operate as a waiver of any subsequent breach.

We both agree that each provision of this agreement is severable and distinct from any other. If any part of this agreement is found to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, we both agree that the legality, validity and enforceability of the remainder of the agreement is not affected.

No terms of this agreement are intended of the benefit of any third party, except where expressly stated in this agreement, and we both agree that it is not intended that and term of this agreement should be enforceable by a third party under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999. If you choose to make an order, these terms and conditions only apply to that order and not to any future orders.

Privacy policy

Auspicium Limited takes your privacy seriously. In general, we use the personal information that we collect from you to identify personal preferences and match your needs with relevant products, and process any orders that you may make through our website.
